Prediction Market AI provides free prediction-streak gameplay, public event probability context, source-backed AI explanations, and optional Prediction Market AI Pro subscription features.

Prediction Market AI is informational only. It does not execute trades, bets, deposits, withdrawals, or financial transactions.
Acceptance and Eligibility
- By using Prediction Market AI, users agree to these terms and any additional App Store subscription terms that apply.
- Users are responsible for complying with local laws and third-party platform restrictions that apply to them.
- Do not use the app where informational prediction-market or probability products are restricted or unlawful.
Free Prediction Play
- In-app picks are for streak tracking, app progress, result cards, and entertainment or informational use.
- They are not trades, bets, financial positions, contracts, or claims against any exchange or marketplace.
Prediction Market AI Pro
- Prediction Market AI Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks AI source-backed movement explanations, public source context, alerts, platform comparisons, and rule-risk summaries.
- Prediction Market AI Pro does not sell guaranteed outcomes, trading signals, betting tips, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations.
- AI context may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong when public sources are delayed, blocked, stale, ambiguous, or unavailable.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed through RevenueCat entitlement checks.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the user's Apple account before the renewal date.
- Users can manage, cancel, or request eligible refunds through Apple. Prediction Market AI does not process App Store refunds directly.
- Prices, trials, and availability can vary by country and App Store configuration.
Acceptable Use
- Do not promote illegal activity, harassment, threats, abuse, manipulation, deception, or insider information.
- Do not claim guaranteed outcomes or certain profits.
- Do not bypass geographic restrictions on third-party platforms.
- Do not misrepresent AI explanations as professional advice.
Source Limitations
- Public sources can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, rate-limited, or wrong.
- Market settlement rules can include ambiguity, postponement handling, close-time rules, cancellation handling, and source-quality risk.
- Alerts are best-effort notifications, not guarantees that a user will receive every event update or receive it before anyone else.
No Transaction Execution
- Prediction Market AI does not accept deposits, process withdrawals, hold funds, custody assets, connect exchange accounts, connect wallets, route sportsbook bets, or place orders.
- Prediction Market AI does not place bets.
Third-Party Platforms
- Kalshi, Polymarket, sportsbooks, exchanges, news sources, social platforms, and data providers are third-party services with their own terms, restrictions, and settlement rules.
- Prediction Market AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of those third-party platforms unless explicitly stated in writing.
