Who We Are
- Prediction Market AI is operated for FUTURE X LABS PTE LTD / PeakeCorp.
- Prediction Market AI is an informational prediction-streak and event-context app. It does not place trades, place bets, accept deposits, process withdrawals, or custody funds.

Data We Use
- Anonymous Firebase Auth identifiers and app-generated user IDs for app functionality, preferences, and streaks.
- FCM/APNs notification tokens, language, device, Pro status, and alert preference metadata stored by the Prediction Market AI Scout backend for opted-in push alerts.
- Purchase and subscription status from Apple's in-app purchase system through RevenueCat for Prediction Market AI Pro access, restore purchases, and subscription management.
- Firebase Analytics, Remote Config, Crashlytics-style diagnostics, and product interaction events for app health, reliability, and product usage.
- Event titles, public probabilities, platform movement, and source context sent to Prediction Market AI for AI explanations.
Why We Use Data
- Run onboarding, settings, prediction streaks, and Pro entitlement checks.
- Restore purchases and manage subscription access.
- Send movement alerts and result reminders when users opt in.
- Understand app reliability and product usage.
- Explain public event probability movement through Prediction Market AI.
Third-Party Service Providers
- Firebase provides app configuration, analytics, anonymous authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging/APNs delivery, and diagnostics.
- The Prediction Market AI Scout backend hosted on DigitalOcean stores opted-in notification device records and sends alert requests through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- RevenueCat helps manage subscription entitlement checks, purchases, restore flows, and App Store server notification integration.
- Apple processes App Store subscriptions, billing, refunds, and subscription management.
- Prediction Market AI uses public market and event-context sources such as Kalshi public market data, Polymarket public market data, public news RSS, and best-effort public discussion sources.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell real-money trading, betting, deposits, or withdrawals.
- We do not connect to user exchange accounts, broker accounts, sportsbooks, or crypto wallets.
- We do not use IDFA or third-party advertising tracking in the current build.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not guarantee outcomes or provide financial, betting, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Notifications
- If users enable notifications, the app stores notification tokens and locale metadata on the Prediction Market AI Scout backend so Firebase Cloud Messaging/APNs can deliver source-backed event alerts.
- Users can disable notifications in iOS Settings or adjust alert categories in the app.
Retention and Data Choices
- We keep operational data only as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, support, analytics, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and subscription records.
- Users can request help with privacy, data deletion, or notification token deletion by emailing support.
- Deleting the app may remove local data from the device, but server-side purchase, analytics, support, or legal records may remain where required or permitted.
Children, International Use, and Changes
- Prediction Market AI is not directed to children under 13.
- Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
- If this policy changes materially, we will update the Last updated date and, when appropriate, provide in-app or App Store notice.
